"Alex who was on night shift is a legend and deserves a shoutout and is the only reason why we are giving a review. When I thought I ordered an Uber Eats to be delivered at this location but accidentally ordered it south of the Tyne, Alex put our order through for us so we could collect at this location. "Sometimes it's luck of the draw with the warmth and freshness of the food being served. Today I had some of the freshest and tastiest McDonald's I have had in a long while. It was amazing. The service was great and quick too. Very happy with this McDonald's."

"3 biggest mc Donald's space. Two male toilets can't say about females, has wheelchair access, assessable toilet only one. Service pretty fast for coffees , in past month the food hadn't been great but never the less staff is. Chips here are better here than Gateshead only the chips got less salt here but makes up for being crispy. 6 out door tables couple have shelter ."

"The place was so clean! There was workers keeping on top of sweeping and tables. Toilets even were super clean. The food itself was so fast. I ordered extra sauce on my burger and they didn’t disappoint! Best McDonald’s I’ve been to, especially in Newcastle. Great staff."
